Regola Cyber Appoints Dominic Romito as Chief Growth Officer
Enhancing growth strategy and expanding support for the Defense Industrial Base as CMMC adoption increases.
[Bel Air, Maryland] — March 10, 2026 — Regola Cyber, an authorized CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) and provider of CMMC readiness, assessment, and managed secure environments, today announced the appointment of Dominic Romito as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
In this role, Romito will lead Regola Cyber’s growth strategy, including marketing, partnerships, go-to-market operations, and revenue expansion. He will focus on increasing adoption of PerimeterAlpha™, the company’s managed CMMC environment platform, and expanding assessment and readiness services for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
Romito has a proven record of building and scaling enterprise growth systems for complex technology platforms. Previously, he was Director of Marketing at SoftWriters, where he built the company’s growth function and helped scale revenue through data-driven acquisition, lifecycle analytics, and product-led initiatives. He also served as Vice President of Marketing at Gearfire, expanding digital commerce and fintech capabilities for thousands of retailers.
Romito has consistently aligned product, marketing, analytics, and automation systems to drive scalable revenue growth and operational insight. His experience includes designing RevOps architectures, implementing advanced marketing analytics, and building AI-enabled growth systems to enhance acquisition, retention, and monetization.
At Regola Cyber, Romito will leverage his experience to support organizations in the evolving CMMC landscape, helping defense supply chain partners meet Department of War cybersecurity requirements.
